Who is responsible

What we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, optional phone, subject and message. If you email directly, we process whatever you include in that correspondence.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and manage related follow-up. We do not sell data or use it for marketing lists.
Legal basis
We process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence and protecting potential legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but without the information needed to reply we may be unable to handle your enquiry.
Form delivery
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) as a processor. See their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. Data may be stored outside the EEA under their terms.
Retention
Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived as ordinary business correspondence.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
